As a follower of Jesus Christ, a writer, a mother, and a home educator, my desire is to raise thinking kids. I dream of a generation of parents training small people in the way they should go.  I envision children filling their minds with information of value ~ rising up to become men and women of God.

My simple goal is to help YOU more effectively, creatively and consistently disciple your kids.
Our children deserve the opportunity to be shown how to think with discernment. While you and I may not agree on everything, hopefully we can find it beneficial to see life from another viewpoint. Come on into my library, hang out a while, and share your thoughts on raising children of substance.

Let the Little Ones Come ~
For the Busy Parent

Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked the people, but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” And he laid his hands on them and went away.

Matthew 19:13-15

Oh, how many times have we heard this simple story?  How many times have we shaken our heads at those disciples who kept the sweet, innocent children from Jesus?
